Policies and Procedures

Policies and Procedures for Swimming with Sebastian

1. Registration

  • Participants must complete a registration form prior to the first lesson.

  • A waiver and liability release form must also be signed by the parent or guardian for minors.

2. Payment

  • Payment must be made in advance for all lessons, either via credit card or accepted payment methods.

  • Lesson packages are available and must be used within the specified time frame.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded.

  • Rescheduling due to weather conditions or emergencies will be accommodated when possible.

4. Attendance

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lessons.

  • If a participant is more than 15 minutes late, the lesson may be canceled, and the absence will follow the cancellation policy.

5. Safety

  • All participants must follow the instructor's safety guidelines during lessons.

  • Parents or guardians must supervise children outside of lesson times.

6. Personal Items

  • Participants should arrive in appropriate swim attire and bring necessary items (towels, goggles, etc.). Swimming with personal items (toys, valuables) is discouraged.

7. Health and Fitness

  • Participants should inform the instructor of any health concerns, special needs, or medical conditions prior to the first lesson.

  • Swimming with a contagious illness is prohibited.

8. Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to demonstrate respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow swimmers.

  • Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate dismissal from lessons without a refund.

9. Photography and Videography

  • Photos and videos may be taken during lessons for promotional purposes. Participants will be notified in advance, and consent will be obtained.

10. Updates to Policies

  • Swimming with Sebastian reserves the right to update policies and procedures. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
